Chasing the Light - Larissa Ann Fine Art

Return Policy

Return Policy

At Larissa Ann, we take great pride in the quality, craftsmanship, and originality of every piece we create. Each product—whether a fine art original, print, or equestrian-inspired gift—is thoughtfully made in our studio or by our trusted partners. Because of the handcrafted and often made-to-order nature of our offerings, all sales are considered final.

That said, your satisfaction means everything to us. While rare, we understand that issues can arise during shipping or fulfillment. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order so that we can make it right.

Originals & Fine Art Prints

Due to their unique and limited nature, returns or exchanges are not accepted for originals or fine art prints. However, if your artwork arrives damaged in transit, we will work with you to provide a repair, replacement (if available), or suitable resolution. Please retain all original packaging and provide clear photos of the artwork and packaging to assist us in filing a claim.

Other Products

For all other products, such as textiles, ornaments, and accessories, we follow the same policy: all sales are final, but if an item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly arrange a replacement or repair.

How to Begin a Claim

To start the process, please email admin@larissaann.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will respond promptly and guide you through the next steps.

Thank you for supporting handmade, original work. By choosing Larissa Ann, you are helping to sustain meaningful craftsmanship and artistry while joining a community that values creativity, authenticity, and timeless beauty.
